At Nziraxa, we are a group of experts with decades of combined expertise in business leadership, strategy, and entrepreneurship. Whether we’re incubating an early-stage venture, acquiring an existing micro-SME, or advising large organisations on complex strategies, our goal remains the same: turning bold ideas into lasting real-world impact.

Nziraxa was founded by Dr. Chenai Gondo, a British-Zimbabwean academic scientist turned management consultant turned successful business leader and entrepreneur. Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Chenai was educated in the US (University of Pennsylvania, Mount Holyoke College) and Switzerland (ETH Zurich) but has called the UK home for the last decade. She brings a rare blend of global perspective, scientific precision, and business leadership, with a deep commitment to impact-driven business growth.

After advising Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and holding executive leadership roles in both startups and publicly listed UK companies, Chenai co-founded and scaled Domna, a UK-based proptech startup and PE-backed roll-up of real estate services businesses, successfully exiting in under two years

She has led and executed multi-million-pound mergers and acquisitions, transformed businesses through digital innovation, and driven growth across sectors including real estate, proptech, real estate services, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, medical devices, and infrastructure. An award-winning thought leader, she has been recognized by the UK PropTech Association, EG Tech Awards, and Bisnow Women Leading Real Estate and is a frequent lecturer at leading universities, including Oxford, Cambridge, and Reading, where she mentors the next generation of innovators.
